Outside Vendors
Outside vendors are welcome.
All vendors must carry appropriate business licenses and liability insurance where required.
Vendors must follow all venue rules and complete setup and cleanup within the contracted rental period.
The client is responsible for coordinating all outside vendors.
Venue Access & Rental Period
Venue access is limited to the rental period stated in the contract.
Setup, decorating, and cleanup must be completed within the contracted rental time unless additional hours are purchased.
Early access and extended rental hours may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Our Venue Policies
Music & Entertainment
DJs, live bands, and entertainment vendors are welcome.
All entertainment must comply with local noise regulations and venue guidelines.
Music end times must follow the schedule outlined in your contract.
Property Care
Clients are responsible for any damages caused by guests, vendors, or event activities.
Bloom Garden is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Children must be supervised at all times around ponds, gardens, and other outdoor features.
